We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project cost management, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and cost control.
• Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess costs.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract law, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
