Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for various construction projects, including buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Construction - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), with UAE experience being essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects.

- Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring adherence to the financial plan.

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to assess quantities and cost impacts.

- Prepare detailed reports and liaise with project teams and stakeholders.

- Evaluate and manage contracts, tenders, and variations to ensure value for money.

- Conduct risk assessments related to financial, operational, and contractual factors.

- Coordinate with the project team on progress and deliverables, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a must.

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience in Buildings and Infrastructure projects is required.

- Strong knowledge and work experience in Construction - MEP.

- Additional certifications in relevant courses are a plus.

- UAE experience is essential.

- Offshore experience is an advantage.

- Proficiency in cost estimation and contract management tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
