Job Description

• Capable of reading and understanding design drawings (Architecture - MEP - Structure) and extract related quantities from the drawings
• Develop bill quantity format and fill the same with items descriptions - unit measurements - and quantities
• Managing the contracts and costs of a construction project.
• Involves carrying out studies of project duration and labor costs,
• Examining and analyzing material costs,
• Coordinating supply deliveries,
• Giving contractors advice and suggestions on legal and contractual issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
