Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure - sewerage

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Should possess in depth knowledge of Contracts and its interpretations.

Preferably should be aware about SWS Standard Procedures related to Payments, RCDR's variation order, final account/Project Close out etc.

Review, monitor and report on financial status.

Liaise with Consultant's staff and SWS in respect of financial matters and as necessary.

Be fully aware of Contractual requirements. Measure work done, materials on site etc. and prepare valuations in accordance with SWS's procedure.

Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.

At least 10 years of experience out of which not less than 5 years should be related Experience (sewerage) mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
