•The Job will be in Sila city- Al Dhafra region, • A leading company is looking for an amazingly talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team! In this role you will get to perform standard quantity surveying activities typical to the engineering and construction industry. •Similar organization of infrastructure works. •

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the the Engineer in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Responsible for accurately measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
• Advise the Engineer on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.
• Undertake and complete all post-contract Quantity Surveying functions such as handling of interim and final payments, variations, commercial and contractual correspondence, cash flows, claims etc.
• Advise on contractual matters.
• Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
• Advice on Contractor's resource allocation.
• Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity records.
• Audit payments to sub-contractors.
• Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations.
• Check and record measure of work done.
• Monitor contracts final cost estimate.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
• Prepare final account with all supporting documentation.
• Perform other duties associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering with •6 years and above demonstrable experience in Quantity Surveying on large infrastructure and landscaping projects preferably in UAE. •
• Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.
• Must be available in UAE
• •Willing to relocate to Sila city. •
