Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY (DONT SUBMIT APPLICATION IF NOTICED PERIOD IS REQUIRED)
- 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIECED IN CONSTRUCTION (LANDSCAPING IS A PLUS)
- Well knowlege and skill the role of the Quantity Surveyor
- Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
-Negotiating labour contracts and schedules pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
- Collation and pricing of variations as and when required
- Taking commercial responsibility of the project including any negotiations up to and including final account agreements
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
- Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
