We seek a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

• With a minimum of 10 years experience .
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for joinery projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budgets.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements to determine the amount of materials required for projects.
• Assist in the tendering process by preparing and evaluating tender documents, analyzing bids, and making recommendations.
• Administer contracts, including preparing and reviewing contract documents, negotiating terms, and managing variations.
• Generate and analyze cost reports, providing regular updates to project stakeholders on financial performance.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Handle claims and disputes related to project costs, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
