Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRE

Requirements

• Bachelors in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Building Construction Industry
• UAE driving license

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Prepare monthly interim progress payment certificates for main contract and sub-contract as per contract condition
• Joint measurements with clients for final take off '
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
• Demonstrating knowledge in cost plus construction contract
• Updating the bill of material based on changes
• Preparing document log sheet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
