RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Design and drafting of HVAC, Chilled water, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting Shop drawings.
- Design and drafting of MEP related drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Calculation of Duct size using McQuay Duct Size.
- Preparation of MEP Sections in AutoCAD.
- Modification of drawings as per given instructions by the engineer.
- Knowledge in page setup a layout and printing.
- An analytical and problem solving approach to work.
- Flexibility in order to adapt to evolving technologies.
- Rigid knowledge of all kinds of Mechanical Services (Water supply, Drainage, Chilled Water, HVAC Systems, Fire Fighting Etc.).
- Responsible for the correct and efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate project management activities, Recourses, Equipment and information
- Break Project into doable actions and set time Frames
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirement scope and objectives
- Preparing project schedule as discussed with PM and Relatable Team.
- Help to prepare budget & Quantification
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Work with Project manager for eliminating blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive Project documentation, plans
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
- Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Required)
