We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and project management. Responsibilities: Performing quantity take-offs and preparing cost estimates for landscape projects Analyzing project costs, identifying areas for cost savings, and developing strategies for cost reduction Preparing project budgets and monitoring expenses Ensuring that the projects are completed within the allocated budget Coordinating with other professionals involved in the project Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and project management for landscape projects Good knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Specifically ERP System) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
