We are a Contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, looking for a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator who can join immediately. Core Responsibilities:
- Provision of Quantity Surveying Services
- Provision of Contract Administration
- Provision of Pre-contract services
- Assistance in claims preparation
- At least 3-5 years Experience in building, complex, Villa, etc..
- Experience in Pre and Post- Contracts.
- Experience in Tendering procedures.
- Computer knowledge of software applications related to Quantity Surveying practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
