DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Determine the project requirements
- Assess construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
- Coordinate with site managers, contractors as well as subcontractors
- Monitor materials and make orders for more when necessary
- Record any changes in design and update budgets
- Set up and maintain professional relationships with the project stakeholders
- Provide guidance on procurement strategies
- Determine commercial risks and assist in developing suitable responses
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution
- At least 2+ years of UAE experience as a quantity surveyor in the construction field
- Must have good knowledge in construction projects
- Expertise in MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must be well organized a good planner and decision maker
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Only Pakistani, Indian or Filipino candidates can apply
- Must be an expert in calculating quantities
- Ladies are preferred
- Should be able to join immediately
