We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management within the construction industry, particularly for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for high-rise construction projects. Contract Administration: Manage contracts, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with FIDIC and other contractual standards. BOQ Preparation: Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents. Cost Control & Value Engineering: Monitor project costs, analyze financial risks, and implement value engineering strategies. Procurement Support: Assist in subcontractor selection, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations. Payment & Claims Management: Assess subcontractor and supplier payments, handle claims, and prepare interim and final accounts. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure cost efficiency and financial success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5-10 years

of QS experience, preferably in high-rise construction projects. Experience with FIDIC contracts and regional construction regulations. Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CCS Candy, CostX, Excel). Strong knowledge of Dubai construction laws, procurement processes, and BOQ preparation. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
