We are a travel agency in Dubai looking a suitable candidate for the role of Quality Service Control
The candidate should:
• Be fluent in Arabic and English -speaking
• Have a strong background of customer service as well as sales.
• Have UAE Experienc e in customer service
? You need to monitor the chat between our Travel Agents and the clients and analyse the customer service of our agents.
? You need to listen to the conversations between our travel agents and the clients and check the quality of the service provided by our agents.
Furthermore, you are responsible for after sales customer service i.e; you need to reach out to the clients after the service by our Travel agents and take feedback from the clients. This includes the satisfaction level, clarity and quality of the service provided and overall whether the call was helpful for them and finally reporting your observation to the •Manager•
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• UAE customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Travel agency: 1 year (Required)
Language:
• Proficient in speaking English and Arabic (Required)
