Job Description

Conduct periodic audit visit, develop compliance reports and review with Top Management

Liaise with other 3rd party and obtain relevant certification for ZAS Medical Facilities Management or Al Ain Pharmacy Group and its other business facilities.

Ensure that ZAS does not receive any fine or litigation as a result of non-compliance in Quality as agreed with concerned parties

Ensures that the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, as well as regulatory (DOH-DHA-MOH), and the company's own requirements

Reports to the top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement

Ensures the promotion of awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, as well as regulatory (DOH-DHA-MOH), and the company's own requirements throughout the organization

Assists in internal audit planning, implementation and review with its defined frequencies

Assists in the execution of the Management Review Meeting (MRM)& during 3rd Party Audit

Assists in Team Meeting, inspections/audits and reporting to GM / MR on the overall QMS Performance

Creates and updates work instructions and policies, along with its related standard forms that are necessary to maintain and improve QMS performance.

Management and maintenance of quality management system records

Supports external audits, coordinating activities in backroom and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• BRANCH AUDIT: 1 year (Preferred)
• ISO: 1 year (Preferred)
• ADHICS: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• ENGLISH (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
