Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, our future Quality Coordinator will have as main scop to develop and update monitoring plans truck customer feedback analyze and follow the implement of preventive action lead team of quality technicians to achieve team's goals, ensure that the products delivered are in full compliance with the Lear and customers' requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving external claims in the form of an 8D report Resolving internal claims following QRQC method Work with LQTS and SQTS Complaints to external and LEAR suppliers based on internal and/or customer complaints Methodical support to other departments in quality improvement Creation of control inspection, parts instruction with respect of Control plan Indicator follow up IPPM, EPPM, DPPM, COQ...... Carrying out internal audits - process, product, and participating in system audits - planned and unplanned Checking the causes and measures taken for internal and external non-conformities Cooperation in the creation and maintenance of an integrated quality system Regular preparation of reports (MOS and others as needed) Collaborates on non/regular employee evaluations (e.g. new hires, shift evaluations, etc.) Maintain the factory informed about customer complaints, warranties, and internal quality issues. Review customer indicators via portals Execute the quality control plan/quality system. Manage teams, engineers, quality controllers, and technicians along with their training. Monitor the implementation of engineering changes across different projects. Implement corrective and preventive action plans following quality defects. Organize workstations within the workshop. Monitor the quality of prototypes. Conduct periodic audits. Ensure displayed quality instructions match workstation requirements and that visual aids are in good condition.
Key skills and Qualifications:
A technical degree in industrial engineering with 3/4 years molding experience is a must Good Knowledge of project milestones. Good Knowledge of Core tools Teamwork Results oriented Strong leadership Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
