Quality Manager
Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9000, ISO14001, and BRCGS issue 6 standards Oversee daily quality control operations, including inspection of raw materials, in-process checks, and final product evaluation Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations Manage and analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement Lead root cause analysis for quality-related problems and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency Develop and deliver quality control training programs for staff at all levels Prepare detailed weekly reports for upper management, highlighting key quality metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives Manage relationships with external auditors and certification bodies Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality control technologies Please send your CV
