• Implement the QHSE policies and procedures across all sites.
• Implement and ensure adherence to the QHSE policies and procedures (International Standards, and Gulfa Standards) throughout Operational sites.
• Identify QHSE risks of personnel to the management and promulgate opportunities for improvement.
• Audit & control general factory conditions QHSE.
• Coordinate with laboratory and QHSE team regarding any material, process, or even product that has an environmental impact.
• Proactively prevent accidents / Incidents.
• Review internal QHSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations from these assessments.
• Coordinating with the CEO on standards and facilities resolutions of the international quality issues and problems on the imported material and ensure that all delivered products are QHSE Assured / inspected (if necessary) and meets the customer requirements.
• Conduct training and awareness programs related to QHSE.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements.
• Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the QHSE Management System to be compliant with international standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
• Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
• Supervise medical emergency response preparation and implementation.
• Ensure that operations employees, contractors, and site visitors receive QHSE inductions for theatre operations.
• Lead the waste management plan and reduction of carbon footprints.
• Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly QHSE reports, statistics and presentations related to QHSE performance.
• Guide and audit the company regarding food defense and food security.
• Ensure that all delivered products are HSE Assured / inspected (if necessary) and delivered to the customer meeting QHSE requirements.
• Coordinating with the Factory and Production team on standards and facilities resolutions of the international QHSE issues and problems on the imported material.
