Job Description

:DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS
  • Single-point accountability for the quality management activities associated with all EPC Project Supply Chain Products and Services through the Package Purchase Orders.
  • Implement a project supply chain quality surveillance program to assure compliance of supply chain products & services with project quality requirements, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Manage third-party inspections at all vendor locations, including inspection attendance, reporting, generation of NCRs, and fulfillment of ITP intervention programs.
  • Actively participate in the review of the EPCI Project Supply Chain Procurement Process, including technical bid preparation, RFQs, MRs, technical BE's, technical specifications, and purchase orders.
  • Represent EPC Division Supply Chain Quality at selected bid clarification meetings, kick-off meetings, pre-inspection meetings, and compliance audits with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Represent EPC Supply Chain quality function towards EPCI Project clients and external bodies.
  • Function as an advisory role to internal and external stakeholders related to procurement quality matters for the EPC Division.
  • Develop and implement project vendor quality specifications to ensure project quality requirements are disseminated contractually, fully understood, and built into the products and services provided by the vendors.
  • Manage TPIS QC Inspectors Activities at all vendor facilities to meet the requirements of the vendor quality specification in accordance with the criticality rating report, inspection levels, and, through implementation, a robust set of vendor ITP's.
  • Oversee third-party inspection contracts in accordance with the frame agreement, project quality requirements, and vendor package inspection levels.
  • Develop and implement the Consortium Project Source Inspection Program in accordance with project quality requirements, quality specifications, and ISO 9001:2015 for supply chain products.
  • Support the EPCI Consortium Project PMT in the prequalification of vendors and subcontractors, including prequalification process development, evaluation, selection, approval, and follow-up.
  • Represent EPCI Quality Consortium Function at Vendor KOM, PIM, Audits, QC ITP Interventions, and Final Release Inspections in accordance with the Project Vendor Quality Specification.
  • Review and approve all vendor quality deliverables through the implementation of the Project Vendor Deliverable Registers (VDRL) process. Review, approve, and assure handover of vendor data books.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
  • University Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical/Welding Engineering, or any related discipline.
  • Accredited Certificate in Quality Management or any relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance.
  • Hold a valid AWS/CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector Certificate.
  • Lead Auditor QMS ISO 9001:2015 holding a valid certificate.
  • 10 years' experience in EPCI Project Supply Chain/Procurement Quality Management roles in Oil & Gas, Power, and Renewables Industries.
  • Executed similar role as procurement quality lead for at least 2 major EPC projects.
