Implement and maintain the Integrated Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational goals.
Conduct internal quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and initiate corrective actions to enhance overall quality performance.
Drive initiatives aimed at reducing and avoiding Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) through proactive analysis and process improvements.
Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues effectively.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive quality reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and communicate quality performance.
Organize and conduct training sessions on quality-related topics to enhance team knowledge and awareness of quality standards and practices.
What you bring
A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
Prior experience or qualifications in Quality Management, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Internal Quality Audits is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality standards and facilitate training sessions.
Self-driven and proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and drive process enhancements.
Familiarity with digitalization efforts and process mapping to support continuous improvement and efficiency in quality management.
