Handle QC related activities with clients and subcontractors.
Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) based on project quality specifications.
Lead Pre-Inspection Meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure subcontractor material compliance with client quality specifications.
Report inspection findings and identify non-conformities.
Check material and equipment compliance on-site.
Maintain records of all QA/QC activities.
Monitor calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
Raise inspection notifications for witness inspection activities.
Attend sub-vendor inspection activities with clients.
Prepare test packs for hydrotest activities.
Review radiographic test reports and films.
Prepare FAT test procedures and reports.
Prepare Manufacturer Record Books (MRB).
Monitor work quality and identify risks/opportunities.
Ensure work compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
Perform all quality-related tasks in project initiation, execution, and closure.
What We're Looking For:
xe2x9cx94 Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
xe2x9cx94 5-10 years of experience in quality control of skid, piping, and structural fabrication.
xe2x9cx94 Experience in chemical dosing, water treatment, and Oil & Gas skid packages (preferred).
xe2x9cx94 Exposure to Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/QE Energy/PDO/Shell company specifications.
xe2x9cx94 Exposure to international standards (API, ASME, EN, AWS) for plates, pipes, fittings, flanges, valves.
xe2x9cx94 Basic knowledge of P&IDs, skid GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.
xe2x9cx94 Ability to handle QC activities with clients and subcontractors.
xe2x9cx94 Strong understanding of quality specifications and inspection processes.
xe2x9cx94 Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
xe2x9cx94 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
