:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a front runner in designing and delivering top-tier process heating systems in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the planning, construction, and delivery of products that meet or exceed quality expectations. This role involves coordinating resources, developing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. The Quality Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of products through meticulous inspection and documentation processes.Responsibilities:- Attend project meetings to gather quality-related information and specifications for developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).- Research quality issues from previous similar projects to inform current project planning.- Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans for all assigned projects.- Enter QC-related project documents into the document control system for submittals.- Inspect or supervise the inspection of equipment built or designed by the company for compliance with specifications, drawings, and ITP.- Provide detailed inspection reports, including pictures, and issue final shipping releases for completed equipment.- Ensure all necessary documentation is supplied for projects, adhering to ASME, AWS, customer specifications, ITPs, manufacturing data books, and NCRs.- Coordinate documentation requirements with project managers and fabrication vendors to meet customer expectations.- Travel as required to fabrication sites or customer locations to address fabrication needs or warranty claims.- Maintain professional documentation for all activities, ensuring reports are formatted, neat, and punctual.- Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Preventive Action Requests (PAR), and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) for any non-conformances during projects.- Perform internal auditing activities as required by the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Requirements- High school diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent. CSWIP 3.1 - Welding Inspector Qualification, NACE or BGAS - Painting Inspector Qualification.- Minimum of four years in welding or welding inspection within an AWS or ASME environment.- Minimum of four years\' experience as a painting inspector (NACE/BGAS).- Experience in receiving inspection and knowledge of NDT methods.- Must have a valid UAE Driving License.- Proficient knowledge of ASME, AWS, BS standards, NDT methods, materials, welding, and painting.- Must be able to communicate clearly all ideas and concepts in understandable English.Benefits- Attractive Salary and Benefits
