Job Description

One of the largest investment groups in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Quality Controller having experience in 3PL company Quality management to join their team .

Location : Mafraq, Abu Dhabi

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Develop standard QHSE, Food Safety Management System, 3PL Services & documentations required to comply with the overall QA-QC compliance requirement for the Company & their customers
• Reviews and evaluates requirement issues/concerns affecting the workflow and customer, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Initiates, maintains, reviews, and revises policies and procedures for all departments in compliance to ISO9001, HSE and ISO22000/HACCP.
• Responsible in monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP)
• Responsible in monitoring the product safety throughout the whole supply chain
• Perform inspections such as incoming, storage, dispatch and sales return inspection
• Responsible for correct recording and generating reports for incoming, dispatch and sales return
• Ensures correct storage practices are effectively implemented.
• Ensures and educates staff on food safety and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with 2nd and 3rd Party Audits regarding ISO9001, ISO22000/HACCP and other audit requirements.

• Collect product samples for investigation, product development and product analysis when directed.
• Carry out all related process as per instruction from the Department Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Knowledge in Quality Assurance

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years' experience within a similar environment.
• Experience in implementation of QMS (Quality Management System)
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality control standards
• Data analysis skill, 8D (8 Discipline) and QC Tools
• Experience in 3PL company Quality management will have an advantage

STRENGHTS
