We are looking for a Quality controller with experience in Joinery & Interior fit-out.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes for all production stages. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products meet the company's high standards and industry regulations. Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and ensure timely resolution. Review project specifications and drawings to ensure product compliance with client requirements. Monitor and report on product quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to verify conformance to standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for materials and components. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices to maintain consistency across all projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in the joinery, furniture, or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of quality control techniques and relevant industry standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of quality inspection tools and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety regulations is a plus
