Role Overview:
The QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and compliance. This role involves overseeing inspections, conducting tests, and working closely with our project management team to address any issues related to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform testing on materials and workmanship to verify their suitability and quality.
• Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
