Job Description

:

The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that the company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. He / She will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, monitoring and measuring quality performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and customer requirements.
• Monitor and measure quality performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and document internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system and recommend changes as necessary.
• Analyse customer feedback and complaints to identify areas of improvement.
• Train personnel on quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Maintain records of quality assurance activities and results.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality of materials and components.
• Assist with the development of new products and processes.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies .
• Prepare reports and presentations on quality assurance activities.
• Participate in internal and external meetings related to quality assurance.
• Perform staff trainings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge on Nutricals software is plus.

Knowledge on Zoho software for manufacturing is a plus.

PIC Level 3 Certificate is a must.

HACCP Internal auditor Certificate is a must.
