About the role:

Quality controller will work closely with our production team, Analyze the manufacturing process using various methods of testing and inspection.

The role requires a solid technical background and experience in textiles quality and manufacturing environment, As well as energetic self starter mind set with excellent communication, Negotiation and diplomacy skills.

Readiness to roll up sleeves and take extra steps working with commercial teams, Factories and third parties to meet customers needs are critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct material inspections thoroughly
• Ensure product quality is inspected at various stages of production
• Assess production quality vs design sample
• Collaborate with production team and resolve issues
• Continuous monitor and document
• Constant training and support

Requirements:

• Knowledge on Quality metrics
• Attention to detail

• Team Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability of problem solving and time management skills as well as thinking 360 degree angles
• Able to travel to factories frequently check production, Critical path and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
