We are seeking a dedicated Quality Controller cum Customer Service Representative to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and services while providing exceptional support to our customers. This dual role involves monitoring and assessing product quality and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Inspect products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify and document any quality issues, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain quality assurance protocols. Prepare detailed quality reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in quality control and customer service roles. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
