Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check and Verify sample and design, Form and Instructions for recording, evaluation and quality reliability data.
• Perform Inspection and test of the scope necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawing and specification.
• Demonstrate evaluation of Program for precise and accurate production, equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
• Prepares Method Statement including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and checklist based on specification of the project.
• Liaising with clients and representative, attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress, supervising and monitoring site labor force and work of any subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality issues including the closure of Field Observation Notice and Non-Compliance Report.
• Analyzing and filtering all scope requirement related in BOQ and Drawing.
• Improving work efficiency by concentrating on better standards of quality and controls to ensure standards are maintained.
• Ensure correct running of workers allocations, prepare documentation and form, take all appropriate measure to ensure quality related documentation approvals.
• Incoming / in-process inspection / Final Inspection of each materials.
• Finalizing the related reports such as "MIR" and "WIR" with the consultants to get work done approved.
• Monitoring and inspecting the work to ensure that all works meets the stipulated standards.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role, preferably in the carpentry or manufacturing industry.
• High school diploma required; a degree in quality management or related field is advantageous.
• Certifications in quality control or related areas are beneficial.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for quality inspection.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Quality Controller, preferably in the carpentry industry.: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certifications in quality control (Required)
