Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), Dubai's leading provider of luxury transportation services, is seeking an experienced Quality Control/Assurance Professional to ensure our high standards of service excellence are consistently met. Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Standards

• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of vehicles, driver performance, and operational workflows.

Compliance Management

• Ensure all services comply with UAE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance checks and quality control activities.

Driver & Vehicle Evaluations

• Evaluate driver performance, providing constructive feedback and recommending improvements.
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and safety to guarantee a premium client experience.

Client Feedback Integration

• Collect and analyze client feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis

• Compile detailed quality control reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Identify trends and propose process optimizations based on data insights.

Training & Development

• Design and conduct training programs to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to by all staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

Incident Management

• Investigate service-related incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures.
• Develop preventive strategies to minimize future risks and issues.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in quality control/assurance within the service or transportation industry is essential.
• ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools, reporting software, and performance metrics analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
