Job Description

Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), Dubai's leading provider of luxury transportation services, is seeking an experienced Quality Control/Assurance Manager to join our team. This role requires prior experience in the Service or Transportation Industry , and only candidates meeting this criterion will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

As the Quality Control/Assurance Manager, you will lead efforts to uphold RSL's standards of operational excellence, ensuring every aspect of our service delivery aligns with client expectations.

1. Quality Assurance & Standards

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality control processes to maintain superior service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicle conditions, driver performance, and operational workflows.

2. Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and industry benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance assessments and quality assurance activities.

3. Driver & Vehicle Evaluations

• Assess and enhance driver performance through constructive feedback and tailored training programs.
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and safety to ensure a first-class client experience.

4. Client Feedback Integration

• Gather, analyze, and respond to client feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Develop action plans to resolve recurring issues and enhance client satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive quality control reports, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights.
• Identify patterns in performance metrics to recommend process optimizations.

6. Training & Development

• Design and implement training programs to uphold quality standards across teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

7. Incident Management

• Investigate service-related issues, develop root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively create preventive measures to mitigate future risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory prior experience in quality control/assurance within the service or transportation industry.
• ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is required.
• In-depth understanding of UAE regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools, reporting software, and metrics analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
