Job Description
Our client operates in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and household sector, offering a wide range of products from bread to various household essentials. Their goal is to provide a fast and smooth shopping experience for all household needs. :
- Develop and apply quality standards for the assigned areas and work hand to hand with the operative teams to improve and sustain quality performance.
- Implement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for the facilities.
- Work with the operative team to close the non-conformities and comments results from audits and visits.
- Investigate for root causes of complaints and develop effective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and develop the operative team for quality culture and requirements to raise knowledge and ease processes.
- Will be responsible to apply a maintenance plan for the assigned areas and monitor it.
- Inspect raw materials used in manufacturing.
- Creating a HACCP plan for assigned facilities.
- Good knowledge of operations and coffee stores quality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Well detail oriented.
- Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Very good time management.
