Quality Management: Ensure that courier services meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor and evaluate various aspects of the service, including delivery timeliness, integrity of goods, and service attitude.
Problem Solving: Address quality issues from customers and suppliers, promptly resolve complaints and disputes. Coordinate cooperation with various departments to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, propose and implement improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency, reduce error rates, and ensure continuous optimization of quality control processes.
Training and Education: Conduct training programs to ensure that employees understand and comply with the company's quality standards and operating procedures. Continuously update training materials to ensure that the team has the latest industry knowledge.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to service quality, provide key performance indicators and reports to help company leadership understand and improve operational status.
Requirements:
1. Must have good communication english
2. Must have minimum 2 yr experience as data analyst or quality controller
3. Expert in using Excel and well versed with different excel formulas
4. Must have education background in IT or related field
