Job Description

As a Quality Control Officer specializing in Lubricants and Polymers, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance polymer-based products used for packing. Your role will involve meticulous inspection, testing, and analysis to guarantee that products meet or exceed industry and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for lubricants and polymer products.

Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Documentation as per ISO standards:

Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, procedures, and results.

Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing quality control findings and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update product specifications based on quality control data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in quality control within the lubricants and polymer industry.

In-depth knowledge of industry standards, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant laboratory equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Minimum 3 years' in quality control or quality assurance position in UAE in a manufacturing plant

Exp in Packing Materials Quality check will required

Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail

Industry certification is a plus

Salary: AED3,000.00 /month plus accommodation + Benifits as per Labor Law

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
