Job Description

1. Review and interpret shop drawings and fit out specifications to ensure compliance such wood quality, metal, glass mirror, corian solid surface, and marbles.

2. Monitor production operations to guarantee conformity with quality standards.

3. Recommend modifications to assembly or production procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

4. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials, products, and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and standards as per shopdrawings and samples.

5. Provide timely information and feedback to management and production teams regarding quality issues and concerns and NCRs.

6. Oversee the entire production process from inception to completion, ensuring quality at every stage.

7. Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities in materials and finished products during inspections, ensuring they meet design and quality standards. Flag any issues before the product moves to the next production stage or department, and take prompt corrective actions to resolve them, preventing delays or compromised quality.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery and fit out (woodwork)

2. Strong knowledge with wood quality, metal, glass mirror, corian solid surface, and marbles

Salary

AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
