We are looking for a Professional Quality Consultant to assist with the new business project and also to improve the existing systems and process.

The ideal candidate should be

• Qualified Quality Systems Professional with at least 10 years' experience
• Six Sigma Qualified
• Knowledge & Experience in the working of Real Estate & Facilities Management business
• A Certified Quality Auditor
• UAE Driving License
• Proficient in preparing reports, statistics and plans

Our Quality Consultant will be responsible for

• Assist the organization in formulating the quality policy
• Develop Quality Guidelines and implement it across the organization
• Put in place quality review systems and audits to ensure conformity
• Develop Periodical and Regular inspection of the systems, process and procedures and recommend improvements
• Develop Reporting standards and templates for Quality Inspection/Audit Reports
• Assist in development and review of SOPs across the business
• Ensure all systems, process and procedures are adhering and committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and company requirements
• Perform GAP analysis
• Assist in development of nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Implement continuous improvement principles and practices to improve efficiency
• Implement LEAN practices across organization
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes by providing quality systems guidance to the teams, identify key work to be performed, build cross-functional and collaborative project teams, initiate action, lead efforts and achieve deadlines.

The role is initially for a period of 3 months, which can be extended based on mutual agreement.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
