You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct inspections and tests and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of industry regulations will be critical to the success of our UAV projects.Responsibilities:1. Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes: Design, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.2. Conduct Inspections and Tests: Perform regular inspections and tests on UAV components, assemblies, and finished products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.3. Document and Report Findings: Document inspection and test results accurately and thoroughly. Report any non-conformities or quality issues to relevant stakeholders and collaborate on corrective actions.4. Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components sourced from external suppliers. Work closely with suppliers to address any quality issues and improve overall product quality.5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the quality assurance function. Implement best practices to continually improve product quality and reliability. 6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to UAV manufacturing and operations. Ensure that all quality control processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations.7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.8. Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the aerospace or UAV industry. Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Familiarity with UAV technology, components, and manufacturing processes.
