Industry: ManufacturingJob Responsibilities:

• Executive support function in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and the improvement of the company\'s quality, environmental and occupational health, and safety management system as per the ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and other relevant requirements.
• Ensuring that the established, implemented, and existing quality, environmental, and occupational health, and safety management systems are appropriate, suitable, and work for the company\'s overall benefit, as intended.
• Carry out Process (Quality / FMEA) Risk Assessment of the company\'s operation annually and/or when required.
• Carry out Environmental Aspect and Significance Impact and Risk Assessments of the company\'s operation annually and/or when required.
• Carry out Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Risk Assessment of the company\'s operation annually and/or when required.
• Develop, revise, and maintain Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Operational Control Procedures.
• Carry out an Internal Audit of the company\'s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system annually, and/or when required and necessary, as per instruction from the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Cross-functional job coordination with the production department, MRP, purchasing, stores, quality control, human resources, design and development, maintenance, after-sales, sales, and HSE relating to the company\'s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system and relevant performance targets and objectives.
• Coordination with and support of the maintenance department on documentation and records preparation and review prior to the annual ISO audits.
• Provide training to employees based on the company\'s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system and as per ISO requirements annually and/or when required and necessary.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree holder.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory to senior staff level, in a reputable ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 certified manufacturing organization with a complement of at least 160 employees.
• High level of expertise, proficiency, and hands-on work experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards within a manufacturing environment.
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing.
