• Participate in the creation of quality documentation, including policies, standard operating procedures, food safety and quality manual.
• Ensure all SOPs adhere to SFC requirements.
• Update the regulatory requirement master file and the country export requirements to ensure they are
• up to date.
• Handle customer complaints through the system.
• Support the Assistant QA manager in conducting the route case analysis.
• Inspect the batch related to customer complaints in the warehouse and submit the report for the further
• action.
• Update the food watch system daily.
• Conduct the food safety training for the food handlers as per the plan.
• Prepare the customer complaints summery for the weekly meetings.
• Prepare customer questionnaires and self-declarations and share them with customers along with other requested documents.
• Conduct SIS and retail audits and share a detailed report of the audit findings to facilitate corrective
• actions.
• Conduct inspections of co-packing facilities during Bayara/Afia/CRF production.
• Conduct GMP audits at all plants and share a detailed report of the audit findings to facilitate corrective
• actions
• Conduct regular audits of 3PL providers and share a detailed report of the audit findings to facilitate
• corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and share a detailed report of the audit findings to facilitate corrective actions.
• Raise the supplier NCRs related to non-conformed products received from the supplier.
• Perform comparison studies of competitor samples as needed
• Conduct internal & External QDI
• Create test groups for new products and make amendments for existing products in D65 for quality
• orders.
• Assist with the customer and regulatory audits.
• Act as a team member for internal audits for FSSC, ISO 9001, and Halal certifications.
• Manage the quality activities related to the munch box.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
