Review all materials intended to be shared with the stakeholders to ensure they meet high standards of quality
Perform quality assurance checks to confirm content is presentation-ready
Ensure Stakeholders' needs and expectations are incorporated in content materials
Identify and document issues or inconsistencies in content identified in the quality check process
Collaborate with designers and the Strategic Content Director to address and resolve quality concerns
Ensure all revisions and updates are completed according to set standards
Maintain a thorough understanding of the stakeholders preferences and requirements
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality and effectiveness
Keep up-to-date of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or content review, preferably within a strategic or executive context
Key Capabilities:
Expertise in content review and quality assurance processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies or errors
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, work well under pressure and ability to meet respected deadlines
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators
Proficient in relevant software and quality assurance tools
