Roles & Responsibilities:
• Review all materials intended to be shared with the stakeholders to ensure they meet high standards of quality
• Perform quality assurance checks to confirm content is presentation-ready
• Ensure Stakeholders' needs and expectations are incorporated in content materials
• Identify and document issues or inconsistencies in content identified in the quality check process
• Collaborate with designers and the Strategic Content Director to address and resolve quality concerns
• Ensure all revisions and updates are completed according to set standards
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the stakeholders' preferences and requirements
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality and effectiveness
• Keep up-to-date of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or content review, preferably within a strategic or executive context
Key Capabilities:
• Expertise in content review and quality assurance processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies or errors
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, work well under pressure and ability to meet respected deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators
• Proficient in relevant software and quality assurance tools
