Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) while ensuring regulatory and company requirements are met. Plan and conduct internal audits, manage external audits, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards. Identify and address quality issues and inefficiencies, collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor QA teams, provide quality training across departments, address customer complaints, and act as a liaison for quality-related client and stakeholder concerns. Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, prepare quality reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance in a managerial position in hospitality, retail, construction, and real estate industry. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO). Seniority Level:
