- Identify and report quality issues or trends to the Project Manager and prepare monthly KPI dashboards
- Assess contractor technical submittals, including project quality plans, method statements, inspection test plans, material test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively to address quality issues and improve processes
- Coordinate the Lessons Learned process by gathering feedback from project personnel and compiling reports
- Participate in quality meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Utilize statistical techniques to assess project quality health and generate periodic reportsRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with non-conformance reporting, corrective action implementation, and audit procedures
- Ability to analyze technical documents, inspection test plans, and material test reports
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present data-driven insights
