Position Overview:

Cobone is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in QA/testing for ecommerce websites , including front-end, back-end, and mobile applications . You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ecommerce platform by conducting comprehensive testing, writing test cases, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium.
• API Testing: Perform thorough API testing using Postman to ensure robust and reliable backend services.
• Mobile App Testing: Conduct mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms using Appium.
• Performance Testing: Utilize JMeter to assess the performance and scalability of our ecommerce platform.
• Test Case Development: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.
• Content Management System Testing: Test and validate the functionality of content management systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
• Version Control: Utilize Git for version control and JIRA for project management and bug tracking.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in QA/testing for ecommerce websites, including front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.
• Automation Frameworks: Proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium.
• API Testing: Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Mobile App Testing: Experience in mobile app testing with Appium.
• Performance Testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Project Management Tools: Proficient in using JIRA for project management and Git for version control.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
• Communication: Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Content Management Systems: Strong understanding of content management systems and their testing requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
