Quality Assurance Coordinator

Mission of the role

To ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of Quality and Food Safety Management System within the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, and Halal. This involves managing quality control processes, conducting internal audits as well as managing external audits, handling customer complaints, optimizing production efficiency, performing laboratory and sensory testing, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Your Tasks Independent processing of end consumer and trade complaints, including root cause analysis together with the respective departments Processing of the licensee samples Support in raw material qualification both internally and for license partners Sensory inspection of finished products Implementation of microbiological environmental analyses Preparation of analysis orders for external testing institutes and verification of the analysis results, including initiation of measures in case of deviations Monitoring of the quality relevant KPIs and preparation of the monthly report Support in cause analysis and definition of measures in case of deviations of quality relevant KPIs Maintenance of the microbiological results Implementation of traceability in SAP Contact person for Customer Service regarding product-specific inquiries Implementation of training courses on quality-related topics Support in the preparation of tastings as well as training and administration of the sensory panel Support in the implementation of supplier audits Creation and maintenance of QM documents

Your Profile Degree in the field of Natural Sciences, Food Technology or comparable 1-3 years job experience as QAHSE Technician or a similar role Chemical, physical and microbiological knowledge in the field of food and beverage technology Knowledge in the area of quality management, as well as HACCP and Food Defense Knowledge in the area of complaint management Knowledge in the field of sensor technology MS Office and SAP system knowledge Fluent in English
