The Quality Assurance Associate works collaboratively with various project teams across multiple customer implementations. This role works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to ensure the appropriate level of quality is incorporated into our customer implementations. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with a highly collaborative approach, exhibiting excellent problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Execute test scenarios in a continuous integration environment Report on testing progress Automate and execute test scenarios Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios based on that Execute tests using both manual testing and automation Write test cases and test results Recommend functional decisions based on test results reports Works closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results. Actively participate in internal defect triage calls Assist customer with UAT planning and execution as needed Assist with UAT defect triage calls Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer stakeholders via status/metrics reports Document and communicate QA-related risks to Project Management Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality
Basic requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience in a test role Strong understanding of QA methodologies. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment Excellent communication skills (in French & English) and ability to work independently Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects Autonomy and self driven Experience in large-scale software deployments.
Preferred Requirements ; ISTQB Testing Foundation certification 1+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices
This role has been designated as "Remote (Customer-Based)" which requires onsite work delivery at customer locations.
