Quality Assurance And Reporting Analyst

Job Description

The Quality Assurance and Reporter will ensure the highest standards of quality across all departments within Cobane. This position involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPls), service levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Departmental KPls:

• Track and analyze KPls for each department to ensure performance aligns with company standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service Monitoring:

• Oversee the quality of customer service interactions, including chats, tickets, comments, and reviews.
• Ensure customer responses meet our standards of service excellence.

Content Monitoring:

• Review and ensure all posted offers meet the established posting criteria.
• Conduct regular audits of content for accuracy and quality.

Marketing Monitoring:

• Monitor all marketing posts to ensure they align with the agreed marketing plan and adhere to quality standards.
• Verify consistency and accuracy in marketing communications.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring:
• Monitor SLAs for all departments, including Finance, HR, Sales, etc.
• Report any deviations from SLAs to the Line Manager promptly.

Identify Deviations:

• Detect and document any deviations from quality standards across departments.
• Communicate deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Customer Feedback Analysis:

• Analyze customer feedback and complaints to pinpoint areas needing improvement in products or services.
• Compile and present findings to relevant departments for action.

Additional Monitoring and Feedback:

• Be ready to monitor and provide feedback on any additional tasks as requested by management.
• Conduct thorough research on competitors and provide actionable feedback to enhance business quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
