Job Description

We are looking for the below skills:

• To communicate with clients and ensure that the demotic worker performs her job duties in accordance with the standards related to the center.
• Submit a report on the performance of each demotic worker by making a questionnaire for each worker on a daily basis.
• Familiarity with the Federal Domestic Labor Law, employment policy and standards related to domestic workers.
• Ensure that all domestic workers have obtained all types of training in accordance with the scientific materials provided by Tadbeer.
• For the domestic worker to comply with the job performance indicator in accordance with the criteria specified by the center
• Monitoring and ensuring the commitment of the demotic worker support staff to the training schedule and submitting a report thereon.
• Ensure that all demotic worker have received energy rationalization training.
• Follow up with the Marketing Department to ensure that the specifications of the demotic worker match the requirements of the customer before conducting the interview with client.
• Recording the customer's observations and requirements and submitting a report on them on a permanent basis.
• Commitment to submit a monthly report on quality and training for presentation to management.
• Ensure that the demotic worker meet client expectations and exceed it.
• Submit a detailed report of the violations committed by the domestic worker and submit the report promptly.
• Initiative and positivity in providing advice and service; good dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
• Doing any work that requires the employee through the company or one of the company's officials or managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
