Job Description
JOB POSITION; QUALITY AND TRAINER ( FEMALE WITH NURSING BACKGROUNDS)
Quality Improvement;
- Identify areas for improvement in nursing practices and patient care.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts.
Patient Safety:
- Promote a culture of patient safety and quality care.
- Educate nursing staff on best practices for patient safety.
- Investigate and address patient safety incidents and issues.
Mentorship and Support:
- Provide mentorship and support to new and existing nursing staff.
- Facilitate a supportive and learning-oriented work environment.
• Registered Nurse Licensed or Passer (MOH)
• Must have a valid home country license
• Flexible with the work location.
• With Hospital/Homecare/Medical Centre work experience.
• Immediately Available.
