Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that products and services meet both internal and external standards. This role involves managing quality control processes, conducting audits and collaborating with various departments to promote quality standards. To assists the CQO in monitoring and assuring that all raw materials are of the highest quality and compliant with technical specifications, assists in general supervision and technical guidance in the analysis, design, testing and deployment of all quality applications and procedures.

1. Quality System Management: Ensure the QMS is effectively maintained and improved as well as complied with relevant quality standards and regulations.

2. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure reduction in product defects and non-conformances.

3. Customer and Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues and ensure timely resolution of quality-related problems.

4. Team Development: Enhance the quality skills and knowledge of team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all quality-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and must be updated with relevant changes in quality standards and regulations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a QA/QS role.

Sound Knowledge and expertise in quality management standards (ISO, GMP, BRC, SEDEX, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Lead Auditor, CQE, Six Sigma) is preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
